We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
Due to the nature of the products we handle, it is the customers responsibility to open their package and inspect it upon arrival, and communicate discrepancies within 24 hours, by sending us a message with pictures and descriptions of the problem. We ensure the quality of the product and sound packaging for the safest delivery possible. We have no control over your shipment once it has been shipped, and we cannot guarantee the plants will survive if they’re left in your PO Box or mailbox for an extended amount of time. You can setup text alerts with USPS/UPS on their website to alert you when your package, with your tacking number, has been delivered. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damage.
